SensiblyFit.com was created by two friends, Jennifer Murray and Jennifer Esposito, who share a love of the clean eating lifestyle. We’re both extremely busy, 30-something moms who are determined to give ourselves and our families the most nutritious foods in the simplest ways possible. We know combining clean eating with frequent exercise is the only true answer to getting and staying healthy and fit. We are both passionate about the benefits of eating real food and the changes it has made in our lives. We hope to not only spread the word about what eating well can do for you, but also inspire you to take charge of your own health by embracing this simple, wholesome way of life.

JenniferM: I’ve been studying health, wellness, and nutrition since I started weight training in 1998. With the ever-changing world of fitness, I read everything I can get my hands on when it comes to nutrition and how it affects the body, both inside and out. I have been a health and nutrition write since 2005 and I’ve been certified in Lifestyle & Weight Management coaching since 2006. In addition to writing and editing for various online publications, I’m currently finishing up my bachelors from West Virginia University, with a minor in Sport and Exercise Psychology, and if all goes as planned, I’ll be sitting for a Certified Personal Training exam later in 2013.
JenniferE: Health and wellness has been my passion since I can remember. I enjoy sharing my passion with others by helping them make positive, healthy choices in their lives. I have been a licensed massage therapist for 11 years, specializing in Sports Massage, Stress Reduction, Foot Reflexology and Neuromuscular Therapy. I love reading and learning everything I can regarding health and nutrition.
